"I recently moved to the area and was searching for a nail salon that could deliver beautiful gel manicures and pedicures — and Mimi Nail has truly exceeded my expectations. This is the place to go if you love delicate, elegant nails and exceptional service. The staff is wonderful — always attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. The space is spotless, relaxing, and has such a calming ambiance thanks to Sue, Kim, and the rest of the team. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and it’s the reason customers (myself included!) keep coming back. Their gel pedicure spa is honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. They take their time, they care about the quality of their work, and they make you feel pampered from start to finish. If you’re in the area and looking for great customer service, a wide variety of colors, and consistently excellent results, I highly recommend Mimi Nail. It’s truly a gem."

"I came to Mimis for the first time solely based on the great reviews and photos I’ve seen. I booked a full UV Gel set and pedicure. They started with the set, I’m not even sure who did my nails. I asked for a very simple clean square/slightly coffin shape. After she filed and shaped my nails I had 10 fingers with 10 completely different shapes and lengths and she asked me “If I don’t like it” because I had questioned the shape before she even began to file down. They were so awful the shape had completely changed to what should have been almond. I now have two thumbs that are completely different lengths aside from the fact that all of my nails are different lengths and still different variations of round. I was so upset that I decided not to get the polish, skip my pedicure and just leave. The owner asked if I wasn’t happy and when I showed her the atrocity that is my nails and offered to pay so I could leave she still charged me $70. I’ve added the inspo picture along with my left and right hand. I’m sure all of the other ladies in here do a great job but this woman has no business doing nails. I am highly disappointed in the overall experience and the fact that I was still charged for something I’m going to have to pay another salon to fix. If I could leave negative stars for my experience I would."

"I had to take a moment to write a review for Mimi Nails because I’m so happy to have found a place that meets and surpasses my expectations. From the moment I called to make an appointment, the ladies were sweet and patient and thorough in repeating the services that I was having done for myself and my mother. There was no wait time and I was never rushed to pick a color ( and tend to be indecisive 😬) Jackie was quick yet precise with the pedicure and Sonney NAILED (pun intended) my gel manicure! No bumpy spots, no see-through, just meticulous the whole way through! And, I love how fast she is! No more hours at the nail salon for an “ okay” job. My get manicure is flawless down to every last cuticle. Thank you Sue, Sonney and Jackie for being so sweet and courteous and making our experience so nice! I’ve already been back for my second gel manicure after almost 3 weeks before my previous one began to chip!"
